Continuing a fruitful relationship with Global Event Partners, Felix will serve as a speaker at the Cuba Energy Oil & Gas Conference in December 2018.  Felix will speak to the challenges in the U.S. and Cuba, and also the opportunities for energy companies who wish to do business in Cuba.  Fresh from a multi-city tour of refineries and other facilities in Cuba, Felix will be able to provide a unique ground-view perspective.
